Under the supervision of the legendary master bartender known as ‘Constante’, El Floridita became known in the early 1900’s as Havana’s ‘cathedral of cocktails’ with the Daiquiri probably his most famous creation. El Floridita is today recognised worldwide as ‘The Cradle of the Daiquiri’.

Floridita Experiences brings this heritage alive in the form of cocktail making to your event.

Guests can choose from the original cocktails list which our experienced Cantineros will prepare for your guests. The ‘Hemingway Special’ features along with the Mojito Criollo and the Cuba Libre together with a wide range of intriguing, contemporary twists such as the Ice Wine Daiquiri, Mocha Mulata and Apple Tea Mojito, Saffron Martini, a Hibiscus Margarita and Watermelon Cosmopolitan.

MASTER CLASS: MIX BLEND AND SHAKE

A session of interaction between guests and a senior bartender who will enlighten guests on how to best recreate a Floridita cocktail and giving guests the opportunity of creating their own cocktails. Our Mixologists will guide participants through the process of how to mix, shake and stir the perfect Floridita cocktail. The interaction with experienced Floridita mixologists takes the team through the history of cocktail making, the basic bartender skills and finally demonstrates how the ideal combination of ingredients and recipe bring to life the perfect cocktail. After a brief and cheerful induction, it is time to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.
